The Story

Not a trained chef. Not particularly skilled in anything I've done in life — just someone who has loved cooking since a teenager and had to scratch an itch and give Oxford their take on the burger.

Perfect? Not yet. But that's the point. Jae's mission is to refine, refine and refine again. Always searching for better ingredients, better techniques. Never settling.

Ex-dairy aged beef smashed hard on a flat top. Locally made brioche buns. Simple, considered, honest. No shortcuts.
